About the Role In this role you will lead and direct visual merchandising responsibilities for a group of stores. With your team store teams, you will bring to life seasonal in-store floor sets and window presentations that align to our brand’s vision and codes and drive store sales performance. Responsible for stores in the SF Bay Area and Los Angeles markets. What You'll Do Utilize knowledge of current trends in the marketplace regarding styling and merchandising techniques in every visual decision you make in-store. Develop, teach, train and coach store teams to enhance their skills and abilities and elevate visual execution. Create high quality seasonal in-store and window displays that ensure the brand is relevant in the competitive landscape. Bring to life consistent styling in-store that is aspirational and upholds the brand codes and standards. Excellent demonstration of business acumen that is utilized regularly to ensure and communicate in-store product selections are in support of inventory levels and product on hand. Consistently walk stores to ensure brand vision is appropriately coming to life in all areas of store.  Follow up with visual in-store teams regularly on execution and areas of growth and share feedback with GMs and DM. Who You Are Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills. Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions in the moment. Enjoy a fast-paced working environment. Ability to work independently and with the team while handling multiple projects concurrently. Probe beyond the stated situation and identify underlying issues and consider possible alternatives and recommend solutions. Good understanding of concepts and procedures within own subject area.
