Die Möglichkeit Als PI-MES Engineer (d/f/m) bist du Teil des Kreises „ Pharma Engineering Drug Substance - MES-Systems “ am Standort Basel / Kaiseraugst. Wir sind verantwortlich für das innovative, GMP-gerechte Engineering sowie den zuverlässigen Betrieb komplexer Produktionsanlagen in der Chemie- und Biotechnologie. In einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld unterstützen wir unsere Businesspartner von der ersten Idee über die Projektumsetzung bis hin zum Life-Cycle-Management der Systeme. In dieser Rolle bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, ITOT-Digital und MES Engineering. Du gestaltest die digitale Landschaft von Basel DS Manufacturing aktiv mit, indem du nicht nur bestehende Systeme wartest, sondern die Datenstruktur der Zukunft aufbaust. Deine Kernaufgaben sind: System-Architekt: Du verantwortest die strategische Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Asset Framework (AF) Struktur in AVEVA PI sowie der angebundenen DCP-Plattform. Lösungsdesign: Du analysierst gemeinsam mit internen Businesspartnern Anforderungen an das MES-PI-System und implementierst optimale, GMP-konforme Lösungen. Projektleitung: Du planst und leitest Projekte mit Fokus auf PI-Historian – von der Spezifikation bis zur Übergabe an den Betrieb. Betrieb & Support: Zusammen mit dem Team stellst du die Administration und den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher (inkl. Fehleranalyse, Root-Cause-Analysen und Deviation Handling). Compliance: Du steuerst Change-Control-Prozesse sowie Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten gemäss Roche-Richtlinien. Wissenstransfer: Du schulst Mitarbeitende und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie Behördeninspektionen. Wir arbeiten in selbstorganisierten Fachteams ohne klassische Hierarchien. Dies erfordert ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung, Teamspirit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Wer du bist Du bist eine integre Persönlichkeit, die gerne konventionelle Denkmuster hinterfragt und eine hohe Dienstleistungsmentalität mitbringt. Ausbildung: Studium oder Ausbildung in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Expertise: Vertiefte Kenntnisse in AVEVA PI (insbesondere Asset Framework/AF) sowie Erfahrung in der Anbindung und Pflege von Datenplattformen (z. B. DCP). IT-Architektur: Breites Verständnis von Netzwerktechnik und Systemintegration im industriellen Umfeld. Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis als System Engineer oder Projektleiter, idealerweise im GMP-regulierten Umfeld. Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch. Deine Nice-to-haves: Erfahrung mit Siemens Simatic IT oder Rockwell Pharma Suite. Know-how in der automatisierten Herstellung biotechnologischer Produkte. Routine in der Administration komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen für die Produktion.
