There are a number of different roles with different expertise. Key Requirements High school education or equivalent, plus 6–12 months of IT or customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior customer-facing experience (remote or in-person) Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with computer technology Proficiency with common applications (e.g., Microsoft Office; Remote Helpdesk Tools, ServiceNow (or ticketing systems), ASD or call centre phone systems) Demonstrated problem-solving ability and accuracy in data entry Fluency in English, written and spoken Experience in phone-based remote support, e-support, or live chat environments Desirable: knowledge of call routing and ticketing systems Key Responsibilities 📞 Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system 🛠️ Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues 🔑 Assist with password resets, account access, and user setup 📋 Log, track, and update support tickets in the helpdesk system 📚 Provide clear instructions and guidance to users 🔄 Escalate unresolved or complex issues to other support teams ✅ Ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to follow standard operating procedures Customer service mindset with patience and professionalism Typical Requirements Entry-level IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) is a plus Prior experience in customer service or IT support preferred Please note:  You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
