The Position Présentation de l'équipe : Rattaché(e) à  la Division Service Clients – Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC) et reportant au Responsable Expert Support Hardware, vous prendrez en charge les demandes terrain au travers de la gestion CRM et accompagnerez  l’équipe navify Integrator for Services pour la gestion des bases de données . Vous serez amené(e) à travailler sur les missions suivantes: Quel sera ton impact ? Gestion des demandes au travers de ticket pour l’équipe navify Integrator for Services RCSC - Terrain  Réception et traitement des demandes clients documentation dans le CRM utilisation des possibilités de support à distance échange standard,  rapport d’intervention,  désinstallation,  cases de modifications, Création demande pour installation navify lab module Création des cases rexis en lien avec les tickets Zinc Contribuer au partage des informations et à l’optimisation des pratiques (LEAN) Assurer la progression de ses propres compétences.   Tod ADN: Tu es quelqu'un qui veut influencer son propre développement.
