Job Description: Minimum 3-5 year’s experience in design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay templates, including salary planning, merit cycles, bonus calculations, budgeting, proration logic, eligibility rules, and workflow routing. Implement and optimize business rules, calculation logic, cycle guidelines, and template structures to support scalable compensation planning processes. Apply strong technical understanding of compensation frameworks—merit matrices, bonus plans, pay structures, guideline modeling—and translate them into system configuration. Execute and support end‑to‑end compensation cycles, including data loads, validation, cycle monitoring, real‑time issue resolution, and payout accuracy checks. Ensure technical alignment and integration between Compensation/Variable Pay and downstream modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development) as well as HRIS, payroll, and financial systems. Lead data preparation, mapping, transformation, and validation activities across compensation cycles; maintain data integrity and audit compliance. SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Compensation & Variable Pay, along with certification in one additional Talent Suite module (either Performance & Goals or Succession & Development) and the HCM Platform.
