The Position Présentation générale: En tant que membre de l’équipe Vente à Distance basée à Meylan , tu seras chargé(e) de participer au développement des ventes de la marque Accu-Chek®. Tu garantiras la satisfaction des clients afin de contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de Roche Diabetes Care France. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec un business developer expert chargé de t’accompagner dans ton alternance pour monter en compétence sur le secteur de l'officine. Rattaché(e) à l'équipe de vente à distance, tu es le moteur de la croissance de la gamme Accu-Chek sur ton portefeuille. Ta mission est de transformer chaque interaction par téléphone en une opportunité de partenariat avec les pharmaciens. Entre négociation commerciale, conseil stratégique et formation à distance, tu joues un rôle clé pour garantir que nos solutions d'autosurveillance glycémique atteignent les patients qui en ont besoin. Quel sera ton impact ? Promouvoir à distance la gamme Diabète (Accu-Chek®, Accu-Fine®) auprès des interlocuteurs pharmaciens. Gérer un portefeuille client et assurer le suivi des ventes via une analyse précise des besoins et du potentiel de chaque officine. Proposer et négocier des partenariats commerciaux par téléphone et via nos outils digitaux. Élaborer des plans d'actions pour assurer la croissance du chiffre d’affaires et la fidélisation des clients confiés. Former à distance les équipes officinales sur l’utilisation de nos produits et solutions. Assurer un reporting régulier de ton activité via les outils CRM du Groupe.   Ton ADN: Formation commerciale Bac+4/5 (École de commerce, IAE, Master). Forte appétence pour la vente à distance et le contact client par téléphone/visio. Orientation résultat, goût du challenge et excellente capacité d'écoute. Rigueur, organisation et capacité de synthèse. Maîtrise des outils digitaux (Suite Google, CRM). Tu disposes d’un bon niveau d’anglais ​ ​ Poste basé à Meylan (Isère, 38) Alternance de 12 mois à compter de Septembre 2026   Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
