Software Engineering Senior Analyst - DevOps Position Overview As a DevOps Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure that support scalable, secure, and efficient software delivery. As part of our team supporting our environments, you will work closely with our internal engineering, QE, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure system reliability across AWS and OpenShift platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 – 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering. Strong experience with source control systems (GitHub preferred) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Udeploy, Github Actions preferred). Proficiency in AWS services and OpenShift container orchestration. Familiarity with scripting languages. Experience in managing GitHub repositories, and implementing branching strategies (trunk-based development and Git Flow, for example). Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration and networking fundamentals. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Responsibilities   Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git workflows. Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, S3, CloudFormation, and Lambda. Administer and automate OpenShift container environments for microservices deployment. Integrate and support DevOps tools such as Zephyr for test management and reporting. Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet. Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Splunk or Grafana. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and secure application delivery. Troubleshoot deployment issues and automate recovery processes. Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures. Stay current with emerging DevOps technologies and best practices. Desired Qualifications:    OpenShift or AWS certifications. Experience with Zephyr or similar test management/reporting tools. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and DevSecOps practices.
