Our SAP S/4HANA Finance Senior Consultants accompany our renowned customers from various industries in the digital transformation of their financial and controlling processes. In national or international projects, you will analyse complex system landscapes, develop future-oriented solutions in the SAP S/4HANA field and play a key role in shaping the introduction of modern finance architectures. In doing so, you will provide high-quality consulting and implementation services from a functional and technical perspective, adapt SAPS/4HANA solutions to company-specific requirements, implement them professionally and continuously identify optimization potential.  Key responsibilities: Consulting, design and implementation of the SAP S/4HANA finance modules (FI, CO, Universal Journal, FI-AA/nAA), Cash Management).  Analysis and optimization of finance and controlling processes along the entire value chain.  Conducting workshops, fit-gap analyses, trainings and presentations  Configuration of new S/4HANA solutions and integration into existing system landscapes.  Identification and solution of complex system problems  Expert support in test management, data migration, go-live preparation and hyper care.  Responsibility for (sub-) projects in national or international implementation and transformation initiatives.  Close collaboration with finance, IT and development teams.  Requirements: A completed bachelor's, master's or diploma degree (IT, business informatics or comparable).  At least 8 years of SAP S/4 project experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 Finance (New GL, AA, AP, AR, SAP BPC) & Controlling (CO-OM, CO-PA/ Margin Analysis) with the planning functions of SAP SAC and the introduction of SAP Business Partner as a central master data object.  Very good process understanding for the internal business processes of the theses as well as in the SAP reporting and analysis tools.  Experience in at least 3 SAP S/4 HANA Finance end-to-end project implementation over the entire lifecycle.  Willingness to travel (depending on project needs).  Fluent English, both written and spoken.  Ideally certified in S/4 HANA Financial or Management Accounting.  What we offer: Stable employment in an international company and flexible working model Substantial medical insurance package provided in cooperation with the biggest medical services provider in Poland  Life insurance package  Multisport Card  Advancement opportunities within the organization (a variety of interesting projects with the array of technologies and tools)  Unlimited access to DXC University with courses from a bunch of external partners for the best learner's experience (e.g. Udemy) DXC Partner courses and certifications (Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, AWS, Google, Dell Technologies, IBM, Databricks, Salesforce, Red Hat, Vmware, Workday)  Employee Referral Program - financial bonus for the referrer for successful candidate recommendation  Opportunity to join the numerous charity and ecology - related events organized by our CSR Team (Corporate Social Responsibility) Dixi Cool activities: trips, sports and wellness events, discounts for cultural events  Employee Recognition Program with points assigned by colleagues for the recognized employees (exchangeable for prizes) Employee Assistance Program (providing 24/7 support for employees and their families in difficult life situations)  Thank you for taking time reviewing our job ad.
