Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Return to Work (RTW) Specialist to support injured workers through their recovery and help achieve safe, timely, and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Working within the Workers’ Compensation framework, you’ll collaborate closely with injured workers, employers, insurers, and medical providers to deliver positive and compliant RTW solutions.   This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about injury management, stakeholder engagement, and making a real impact on people’s working lives.   Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor tailored return-to-work plans Liaise with injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, and insurers Coordinate suitable duties and workplace modifications Ensure compliance with relevant Workers’ Compensation legislation and guidelines Identify barriers to return to work and proactively manage risks Maintain accurate case notes and documentation Promote early intervention and recovery-at-work best practices   About You Proven experience in Return to Work, Injury Management, or Workers’ Compensation Strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation legislation and RTW frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability Allied health background (e.g. rehab, physio, OT) highly regarded but not essential About us DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) is a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner delivering software, services, and solutions to global enterprises and public sector organisations — helping them harness AI to drive outcomes at a time of exponential change with speed.
