The job profile for this position is  Software Engineering Senior Advisor,   which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with   Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. Responsibilities- • Build complex software systems and communicate with users, other technical teams, and management; • Meet with technology product owners to understand business, functional, technical requirements, and the acceptance criteria of the software products built; • Design, configure, test and deploy applications to develop solutions based on requirements for larger features; • Configure and customize the development application platform (Salesforce Platform) that extends the customer relationship management’s reach and functionality; • Participate in development and testing, documentation, and training; • Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce Platform; • Engage proactively on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts; • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance; • Perform reviews on software implementation completed by less experienced software developers and offer feedback and suggestions for such software codes; • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior software engineers; • Develop solutions based on requirements for larger features; • Design data schema that will evolve with the business needs; • Evaluate and maintain Salesforce security best practices; and • Support off-hour releases as needed. • Hybrid Work Schedule. Qualifications- • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computers or Engineering; • 5 years of experience in a related occupation; • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certifications required; • Experience working in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry; • Experience working on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Contract LifeCycle Management (CLM), Docusign and Opero Fax projects for middle market or enterprise size companies; • Experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications (high level design/solution design) for Salesforce and Conga systems; • Experience analyzing and developing custom and scalable applications on Salesforce platform using Apex Language, Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, VisualForce Pages, Flows and Apex Web Services; • Experience designing and developing Salesforce architecture, data model, role hierarchy, sharing rules using object-oriented development patterns for a secure, scalable, resilient system; • Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third party platforms, including internal applications. (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML); • Experience leading the integration and customization between Conga/Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Salesforce Ecosystem; • Experience collaborating with Business and Legal teams to automate contract generation, approval process and workflows and lifecycle tracking; • Experience designing and developing Conga (nested) templates, Clause library, Content integration, Content Library, Smart clauses, In-Line edits, In-Line clauses, (Dynamic) conditional segments using X-Author; • Experience designing and deploying conditional approval workflows, redlining, version tracking, integrating Salesforce Flow and Conga Approvals for value- and clause-based routing involving legal and compliance teams; • Experience using Conga Products such as Orchestrate for complex workflows and Grid for batch updates of data; and • Experience designing and deploying Conga X-Author for Excel applications using X-Author Designer to enable bulk contract generation and account lookups, automating complex Salesforce and CLM data operations, reducing manual effort, and ensuring data integrity across enterprise systems.
