Job Description: Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Automation Specialist  with 8+ years of expertise in SAP and proficiency in the Tricentis TOSCA automation tool . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP applications, strong knowledge of test automation practices, and hands-on experience implementing automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA. This role requires someone who can drive automation efforts, improve testing processes, and ensure high-quality deliverables across SAP-based projects. MANDATORY - Perform manual and automated testing of various SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR , L2C, P2P, I2O , R2R). Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for SAP applications using Tricentis TOSCA. Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test components. Collaborate with functional teams to understand SAP modules and identify suitable automation opportunities. Implement and optimize Tricentis TOSCA scripts for regression, functional, and integration testing. Analyse test results, report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on automation best practices. Participate in the planning and execution of test activities for SAP releases and enhancements. Ensure the alignment of test automation efforts with project timelines and goals. Act as a subject matter expert in SAP and TOSCA automation, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Generate and present regular test status reports and metrics to stakeholders. Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with various business divisions and counterparts across the project to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Develop professional and effective relationships with customers and partners to foster collaboration and drive mutual success. Experience in creating Test Automation strategy document, Test Plan Document, Resource Planning, Effort Estimation, and preparing Proof of Concept (PoC), Test Summary, KPI’s. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in automation and SAP Testing. Extensive experience using Tricentis TOSCA  for test automation, including script development, execution, and maintenance. Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori). Experience in working closely with Clients, Onsite Managers, Tools Team, Technical Stream Leads, Product Owners to ensure that desired results are met Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks for SAP applications. In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Strong proficiency in creating and managing test plans, test cases, and defect management. Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and integrating TOSCA automation into CI/CD frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot automation issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in SAP or Tricentis TOSCA.
