Purpose As a Business Partner Lead for Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia at Roche, you will play a key role in driving the execution of Roche’s strategic and tactical goals across your assigned territories. By leading, coordinating, and aligning activities across cross-functional teams, local distributors, and other internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure seamless collaboration, strengthen partnerships, and contribute to the delivery of impactful healthcare solutions to patients. Responsibilities As a Business Partner Lead, you will: Participate in development of Roche sales and marketing strategies on the assigned territories, ensuring input from the local business partners / distributors Develop territory-specific sales and marketing action plans and ensure their successful execution, aligning commercial and marketing activities with company strategy to achieve budget and performance targets Ensure strategic alignment and efficient support of needs and expectations of the local business partners’ activities, together with cross-functional Roche teams Manage Customers Partners team at the territory, motivate and enable cross-functional cooperation with Business development teams, Business Process experts and other extended cross-functional teams and networks Overall manage Roche business relations at the assigned territories (distributors, laboratories, NGOs, KOLs and other key stakeholders) Assess market dynamics, reimbursement and funding opportunities and challenges, as well as legislative changes; communicate the business impact, provide strategic insights and recommendations, and identify key reimbursement and funding needs to define necessary actions for products Take full accountability for the P&L of your assigned territory, driving financial performance and sustainable growth Requirements & Qualifications You have university degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or a related field; You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Access and Government Relations; You have proven experience and knowledge of the diagnostics/medtech/pharma  market within the given territories; You have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate company strategy into actionable plans and measurable results; You have the ability to develop and execute clear action plans collaboratively, achieving tangible outcomes both individually and as part of a team; You have the ability to take decisions and accountability for complex business challenges, thinking strategically to deliver results; You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and countries; You have demonstrated leadership capabilities and proven experience in people management; You are ready to travel internationally as required; You have fluent English language skills; You are self-motivated, passionate about your work, and possess strong customer-centric skills; You have an agile, growth-oriented mindset, able to learn and adapt quickly, take calculated risks, experiment, and share knowledge within and beyond the organization; You are open-minded, dedicated to making a meaningful impact, and committed to continuous personal and professional development.
