The Position We are looking for an Order Management and Distribution Specialist (Contractor) to join the Roche Diagnostics Turkiye team. Key Responsibilities: Process domestic and international customer orders, schedule shipments according to the delivery calendar, and handle invoicing procedures. Ensure customers adhere to order timelines based on the planned schedule. Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout supply chain processes, acting proactively to address potential issues and taking necessary actions. Carry out shipment and return processes for devices in compliance with agreements. Collaborate with international teams to resolve potential system-related issues. Take an active role in driving continuous improvement within business processes. Who You Are  : You are graduated from university departments such as Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or Mathematics. You are fluent in English. You know about ERP programs (e.g., SAP, Netsis). You are experienced in import and export processes, preferably You are skilled in MS Office applications. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
