Job Title FX Product Manager What does a successful FX Product Manager do at Fiserv? We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused FX Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of Fiserv’s FX product suite across our international footprint, with a strong emphasis on the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in delivering market-leading FX solutions—including Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), Multi-Currency Pricing, Issuer Currency Conversion, and emerging FX innovations—to enterprise merchants and large financial institutions. You will be the bridge between client needs, product strategy, and technology execution, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement of FX capabilities across Fiserv’s acquiring platforms. What you will do: Client Delivery & Implementation Lead end-to-end delivery of FX products for enterprise clients and large banks. Manage onboarding, configuration, and go-live processes across Fiserv’s global FX platforms. Product Development & Enhancement Design new FX solutions and enhance existing offerings based on market demand and client feedback. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing products. Client Engagement & Lifecycle Management Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gathering requirements and shaping FX solutions that meet their strategic goals. Support operational needs post-implementation, ensuring ongoing product performance and client satisfaction. Internal & External Advocacy Serve as the FX product evangelist across internal teams, partners, and clients. Provide thought leadership on FX trends, regulatory changes, and competitive positioning. Process Optimization Drive continuous improvement in FX product delivery through OpenFX process enhancements and cross-functional collaboration. Partnership Management Manage relationships with external FX partners to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of FX solutions. What you will need to have: 3–5 years of experience in product delivery, product management, or a similar client-facing role. Strong understanding of international payments, FX, and cross-border transaction flows. Familiarity with card and non-card payment ecosystems. Knowledge of FX mechanics, currency conversion, and value-added FX services. What would be great to have: Direct experience with Visa/Mastercard FX or currency products. Hands-on experience with Fiserv acquiring platforms and FX solutions. Exposure to Fiserv’s global distribution and channel partners. Proficiency with product management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar.
