Afin d'accompagner notre développement, nous recherchons, un Gestionnaire approvisionnement H/F Le poste, basé à Paris (16ème) est à pourvoir dès que possible, en CDI. Responsabilités: Rattaché à la Directrice des Achats, vous assurez l'approvisionnement des produits dans les délais impartis tout en optimisant le niveau de stock. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la gestion des prévisions, des commandes et des stocks pour éviter toute rupture ou surstock. A ce titre vos principales missions sont les suivantes: Gérer et optimiser le processus d'approvisionnement pour garantir la disponibilité des produits; Analyser les prévisions de vente pour ajuster les niveaux de stock; Être garant de la relation avec les fournisseurs : traitement des litiges, des facturations, les relances fournisseurs (retard, non confirmation des délais), suivi des livraisons, gestion des retours produits....; Assurer l'interface entre les achats, les fournisseurs et les équipes internes; Participer à la mise à jour des systèmes d'informations et garantir la fiabilité des données; Identifier et piloter des projets d'amélioration continue pour optimiser les processus; Participer au développement et à l'utilisation d'outils digitaux pour un meilleur pilotage de l'activité   . Profil : De formation Bac +3 dans les domaines de la logistique, les approvisionnements, les achats ou la supply chain, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie sur une fonction similaire (3/4 ans minimum). Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, organisée et dotée d'un excellent sens de l'anticipation. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez gérer les imprévus avec autonomie et agilité. Votre capacité d'analyse et votre réactivité seront des atouts majeurs dans ce poste.
