Deine Möglichkeit In dieser Position bist du Berufsbildner:in und Vorbild für unsere Lernenden. Deine Aufgaben umfassen: Du gestaltest und leitest Kurse für unsere Lernenden, mit einem klaren Fokus auf dem Schwerpunkt Chemie. Du entwickelst Kursinhalte aktiv weiter und passt sie an die Anforderungen unserer Produktionsbetriebe an. Du bist Coach und Ansprechperson für die Lernenden und unterstützt sie in ihrer fachlichen sowie persönlichen Entwicklung. Du unterrichtest Verfahrenstechnik und Pharmatechnologie im Auftrag der Allgemeinen Gewerbeschule Basel (AGS). Du koordinierst und leitest die Abschlussprüfungen. Du wirkst beim Rekrutierungsprozess mit und repräsentierst die Berufsbildung bei Roche auf Messen und Informationsanlässen. Wer du bist Du bist eine Persönlichkeit, die neuen Ideen aufgeschlossen gegenübersteht und bereit ist, konventionelle Denkmuster zu hinterfragen. Du schätzt ein leistungsorientiertes Umfeld , das auf gegenseitigem Respekt, offenem Austausch und enger Zusammenarbeit basiert. Deine Qualifikationen Ausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnolog:in EFZ, idealerweise ergänzt mit einer Weiterbildung auf Tertiärstufe (HFP, HF oder einen Bachelor bzw. Master in Life Sciences). Pädagogisch-didaktische Weiterbildung wie z.B. SVEB Zertifikat Erwachsenenbildung, Ausbilder:in mit Fachausweis von Vorteil. Abgeschlossenes didaktisches Basismodul A oder Bereitschaft, diese Weiterbildung zu absolvieren.  Solide Kenntnisse in der Produktion kleiner Moleküle. Fundierte Expertise in den relevanten Berufsfeldern (Chemie, Physik, Mathematik, Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie und Pharmatechnologie). Freude am Umgang mit jungen Menschen, didaktisches Geschick und intrinsische Motivation, Lernende aktiv in ihrer Entwicklung zu begleiten. Sie sind teamorientiert, zeigen hohe Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung.
