DXC is an employer of choice with strong values, and fosters a culture of inclusion, belonging and corporate citizenship Responsibilities The Specialist will Provide HR & Payroll transaction processing support to Clients as part of a world-class, high-performance shared service organization Provide full employee life cycle management. This will include serving as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries relating to HR Services, Payroll Services, and Benefits services via telephone, email, and Action Request System (ARS) as well as performing HR administration in line with company policies/guidelines and country-specific legislation Provide quality HR processing support to the Client by attending to and processing customer requests as assigned accurately and in a timely manner, resolving issues and inquiries, and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, loan and payment administration and claims verification, time & attendance data administration, medical benefits administration, and claims processing Accomplishes special project results by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and delivering value-added services to the Clients Provide quality payroll processing support to the Clients by attending to and processing payroll ad hoc and regular monthly requests accurately and in a timely manner Resolve issues and inquiries and escalate operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution Functional Tasks Hiring Movement & Organization Management Cessation Employee Data Update and Benefit Management Time & Attendance Management Payroll Processing Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resource Management 1 or more years of HR working experience preferably in a shared service or outsourcing environment Familiar working with SAP HR or other HRMS system Good customer service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requests Preferably with experience processing outsourced HR for different countries Experience working in large, diverse teams Fresh graduates are welcome to apply At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
