Eligible for 1 Good to Give Leave Day per calendar year in addition to normal leave entitlements to participate in volunteering activities Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Provide  sales support and customer assistance.   Support  general branch operations and handle administrative tasks.   Build and maintain relationships  with customers via phone and email, addressing product inquiries, pricing, orders, stock availability, delivery, and account questions.   Assist  with picking and packing orders as needed.   What We’re Looking For: Mechanical aptitude, with hydraulic knowledge a strong advantage . Proven customer service skills and a positive attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate computer literacy. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
