Join over 6,000 team members who are passionate, innovative, and committed to winning together.   Your Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all modes of outbound transport across Australia & New Zealand Direct accountability for service performance from distribution to stores Manage the outbound transport budget and drive cost optimization Build and maintain strong relationships with transport carriers, ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility and safety standards Collaborate with state logistics managers and internal stakeholders to improve processes and operational performance Ensure workplace health and safety standards are upheld in all outbound transport activities   What We Are Looking For Proven experience in managing outbound transport operations Strong leadership and relationship management skills Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Ability to manage budgets and optimize costs effectively Why Genuine Parts Company?
