Job Title Customer Success Agent (m/w/d) Überblick Als Customer Success Agent (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unsere Händler im telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundensupport rund um Kartenzahlungsterminals, ATMs und den elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr. Sie beantworten technische und kaufmännische Anfragen, erklären Self‑Service‑Lösungen, analysieren Fehler und dokumentieren alle Vorgänge sorgfältig. Mit Ihrer serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise sorgen Sie für eine schnelle und zuverlässige Klärung der Kundenanliegen. Ihre Aufgaben Lösung von Karteninhaberanfragen rund um die Kreditkarte Bearbeitung und Klärung von Kundenanliegen rund um den elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr Erklärung von Self‑Service‑Lösungen für Händler Recherche und Nachverfolgung von Transaktionen Erläuterung von Abrechnungen Sorgfältige Dokumentation der bearbeiteten Vorgänge Analyse von Fehlermeldungen und ggf. Disposition von Terminaltauschaufträgen Durchführung von Collection Calls Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Nacht‑ und Wochenendschichten Disposition von Terminaltauschaufträgen Arbeitsmodell Um eine optimale Work‑Life‑Balance zu ermöglichen, bieten wir ein hybrides Remote‑Modell : Nacht‑ und Wochenendschichten werden vollständig von zu Hause aus durchgeführt. Die reguläre Tätigkeit erfolgt überwiegend im Homeoffice . Nur 6–8 Präsenztage pro Monat sind im Office erforderlich. Was Sie mitbringen sollten Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung Interesse daran, Zusammenhänge und Prozesse zu verstehen, sowie Offenheit, sich in vielseitige Systemlandschaften einzuarbeiten Hohe Kunden‑ und Serviceorientierung Freude am direkten und indirekten Kundenkontakt Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert Eine zusätzliche Fremdsprache (z. B.
