Job Title Sales Performance Analyst (m/w/d) Überblick Als Sales Performance Analyst (m/w/d) analysieren und steuern Sie die Performance unseres mehrstufigen Vertriebsmodells im Merchant Business DACH. Sie optimieren kanalübergreifende Vertriebsprozesse, entwickeln KPIs und Performance-Frameworks weiter und unterstützen Management sowie Vertriebsteams mit datenbasierten Insights zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Conversion und Ertrag. Ihre Aufgaben: • Ganzheitliche Analyse und Steuerung aller Vertriebswege (Außendienst, Telesales, Online-Kanäle, Partner- und Bankkanäle) • Identifikation von Performance-Treibern, Engpässen und Optimierungspotenzialen entlang des gesamten Sales Funnels • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs, Scorecards und Performance-Frameworks zur datenbasierten Vertriebssteuerung • Erstellung von Management-Reports, Dashboards und Präsentationen für nationale und internationale Stakeholder • Kommerzielle Bewertung von Deals und Business Cases, einschließlich Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen sowie Risiko‑/Potenzialanalysen • Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Conversion, Effizienz und Vertriebsergebnissen • Unterstützung im Sales Enablement, z. B. durch Weiterentwicklung von Tools, Prozessen, Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen oder Projekten • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsteams und Fachbereichen zur Bereitstellung datenbasierter Insights und strukturiertem Entscheidungs‑Support Was Sie mitbringen sollten: • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium; alternativ eine qualifizierte kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Sales Performance, Vertriebssteuerung, Sales Operations oder Business Analytics – idealerweise im B2B‑ oder Payment‑Umfeld • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und sehr gutes Verständnis für Vertriebskennzahlen sowie CRM‑, Controlling‑ und Reporting‑Systeme • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint und gängigen BI‑Tools; hohe Präsentationssicherheit • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und souveräner Austausch mit Management und operativen Vertriebseinheiten • Proaktive, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Vertriebsumfeld • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was von Vorteil wäre: • Erfahrung im Payment‑, B2B‑ oder Finanzdienstleistungssektor • Kenntnisse in der Weiterentwicklung komplexer Vertriebsstrukturen oder Performance‑Frameworks • Erfahrung im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen sowie modernen BI‑/Reporting‑Systemen • Verständnis für operative Vertriebsprozesse im Außendienst, Telesales oder Partnergeschäft Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please: Apply using your legal name Complete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).
