The Position Foodlicious ist unser Tagesgeschäft Aus der Taverne Roche ist in über 30 Jahren ein erfolgreiches Gastronomieunternehmen im Bereich der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie entstanden. Die Tavero AG ist eine 100% Tochtergesellschaft der F. Hoffmann-La Roche. An den Standorten Basel und Kaiseraugst beschäftigen wir rund 350 Mitarbeitende aus über 41 Nationen. Unser Angebot umfasst sowohl Staff Restaurants, die vielfältigen Genuss bieten, als auch Fine Dining Restaurants mit gehobener Küche und exzellentem Service. Darüber hinaus gibt es Restaurants mit Köstlichkeiten aus aller Welt, Kaffee in allen Varianten, gezaubert von unseren Baristi, sowie die höchstgelegenen Lounges der Schweiz – traumhafte Afterwork-Spots über den Dächern der Stadt. Grab'n'Go-Angebote von Sushi bis Burger und der erste und einzige Club in der Geschichte von Roche ergänzen unser Angebot. Zusätzlich bieten wir unseren Gästen Sitzungszimmer- und Eventcatering für bis zu 1.500 Personen an. Die öffentlichen Gastronomien, das Schöpfli im Park und das Chez Jeannot im Museum Tinguely, runden unser Angebot ab. Aufgaben Verantwortlich für die Abwaschküche Tägliche Reinigungs- und Unterhaltsarbeiten gemäss Reinigungs-Konzept oder darüber hinaus und Pflege sämtlichen Kücheninventars Korrektes Reinigen des Geschirrs, der Glaswaren und der Küchengeräte Reinigung, Bereitstellung und Pflege des Table Tops und Schwarzgeschirrs Selbstständiges Handeln unter Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorgaben, der Qualitätsvorgaben und der gesetzlichen Vorschriften Unterstützung während des Abräumens/Sauberhalten des Gästebereichs Einsatzbereitschaft in verschiedenen Restaurationen zu arbeiten Bereitschaft zu Sonderleistungen ausserhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten (MO – FR, 07.00 – 17.00 Uhr) Profil Erfahrung im Office Bereich (Abwaschküche) Die Gastronomie ist deine Leidenschaft & zufriedene Gäste sind dein tägliches Ziel Gute und sichere Umgangsformen Du hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und übernimmst Verantwortung Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift In einer digitalen Welt wünschen wir uns zudem Computer-Anwenderkenntnisse Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
