Als (Senior) Business Controller übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der finanziellen Steuerung des Unternehmens (P&L, Bilanz, Cashflow). Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Analyse von Reports, die Durchführung von Forecasts und Planungen sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Controlling-Prozesse. Ihr Ziel ist es, durch präzise Analysen und effiziente Prozesse die Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management zu stärken.   Deine Aufgaben: Reporting & Analyse Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen auf Profit- und Cost-Center- und Account-Ebene Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management-Reports und KPI-Dashboards Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Transparenz im Reporting Forecast & Planung Mitverantwortung für die Erstellung von Forecasts und Budgetplanungen (Sales & SGA) Analyse von Abweichungen und Entwicklung von Szenarien Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Abstimmung von Planungsdaten Prozessoptimierung Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Reporting- und Forecast-Prozesse Einführung von Automatisierungen und Standardisierungen zur Effizienzsteigerung Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Tools und -Methoden   Dein Profil: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Reporting- und Planungstools (z. B.
