Was Sie erwartet Ihr Referendariat im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften beinhaltet folgende Themen: Unterstützung der Anwälte der Rechtsabteilung bei der umfassenden rechtlichen Beratung der Fachabteilungen Bearbeitung verschiedener typischer wirtschafts- und pharmarechtlicher Fragestellungen aus dem Alltag eines Syndikusrechtsanwaltes Verhandlungen mit Vertragspartnern und Regelung außergerichtlicher Streitigkeiten Kostenlose Unterkunft im Roche Boardinghaus ab einer Entfernung zum Wohnort von mind. 100 km Die Möglichkeit aus dem Home Office heraus zu arbeiten Wer Sie sind Für Ihr Referendariat im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften bringen Sie folgende Voraussetzungen und Kenntnisse mit: Sie sind Referendar (m/w/d) der Rechtswissenschaft Die erste juristische Staatsprüfung mit kleinem Prädikat haben Sie bereits erfolgreich bestanden Ihre Persönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch Professionalität, Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und Verhandlungsgeschick aus Sie handeln selbständig und eigenverantwortlich und sind aufgeschlossen für neue Ideen und Wege Referendaren (m/w/d) wird die Absolvierung der Pflichtwahl oder Anwaltsstation (Teilableistung in Wirtschaftsunternehmen bis zu 4 Monaten) geboten.
