Position Deine Abteilung  Als Referendar der Rechtswissenschaft (m/w/d) unterstützt und begleitest Du die Roche-Datenschutzorganisation bei allen Anliegen innerhalb des Datenschutzrechts und angrenzender rechtlicher Themenfelder. Du gewinnst so Einblicke in ein global tätiges Healthcare-Unternehmen und erhältst die Möglichkeit, Deine rechtlichen Kenntnisse in spannenden Projekten und im Austausch mit Deinen Kolleg:innen der Rechtsabteilungen anzuwenden und auszubauen. Die Tätigkeit kann nach Absprache ganz oder teilweise im Home Office sowie an den Standorten Mannheim, Penzberg (Großraum München) oder Grenzach erfolgen. Deine Aufgaben  Du bearbeitest Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich des Datenschutzrechts und unterstützt den Datenschutzbeauftragten der deutschen Roche-Gesellschaften Du hilfst bei der Ausgestaltung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Datenschutzprozesse Du beteiligst Dich an der Durchführung von Datenschutz-Reviews/-Audits Du berätst Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in datenschutzrechtlichen Themen  Du arbeitest selbstständig in Teilprojekten mit Bezug zum Datenschutz und Datenschutz-Management Dein Profil  Du bist Referendar (m/w/d) der Rechtswissenschaft und möchtest Deine Wahlstation in einem global agierenden Unternehmen absolvieren Die erste juristische Staatsprüfung hast Du mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg bestanden Du hast idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im und ein gesteigertes Interesse am Datenschutzrecht Deine Persönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch Professionalität, Teamfähigkeit und Kreativität aus Du handelst selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und bist aufgeschlossen für neue Ideen und Wege Deine Vorteile  Flexible Zeiteinteilung und Home-Office Vergünstigte Essenspreise (-50 %) in unserer Mitarbeiterkantine Attraktive Standorte mit zahlreichen Benefits Moderne IT-Ausstattung und Teilnahme an Team-Events Vernetzung mit anderen Rechtsreferendaren (online/offline) Deine Bewerbung Bitte lade Deinen Lebenslauf und ein Motivationsschreiben online hoch.
