About your team Distribution Services is responsible for providing client services to distributors and to provide middle office support to Intermediary business. Our goal is to ensure all operational related tasks are being processed effectively and efficiently. The team is responsible for liaising with business staff, clients, and Global Distribution Operations team to drive for service excellence to meet the growing demands of business and clients. About your role This role is responsible for client servicing for Hong Kong Wholesale and Private Banking business.  The jobholder has to work closely with Hong Kong Wholesale and Private Banking Sales team and Global Distribution Operations team to perform client-servicing and middle-office operational tasks.   About you This role focuses on delivering exceptional client servicing and operational support for the Hong Kong Wholesale and Private Banking business within the Distribution Services team. The jobholder will act as a key liaison between clients, the sales team, and Global Distribution Operations to ensure smooth execution of middle-office tasks and client service activities. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, managing account opening and documentation reviews, preparing reports, resolving operational issues, and supporting team enhancements and regional initiatives. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to maintain service excellence.
