About your team The Enterprise Data & Analytics team will be responsible for enhancing data governance and maturity by capturing critical data elements and metadata, defining data quality rules, and developing data models. This team’s capabilities will encompass Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Architecture, and Reporting. Additionally, the team will ensure the adoption of appropriate tools, enforce standards, and deliver foundational capabilities. About your role The Tech. Business Analyst plays a key role in delivering technology solutions within Fidelity. This position is for an experienced Business Analyst, with total of 5 to 8 Years of experience, to work in Data Architecture and Governance Team,. The role will be responsible for liaising with the Senior Business Stakeholders and others to identify and the capture data quality rule requirements around identified critical data elements, liaise with technical staff, and assist in User testing where necessary. About you Key Responsibilities: At least 5-8 years of experience role in data management roles; preferably focused on data quality management and data governance design and implementation Good understanding of data management concepts, data governance, data stewardship  Accountable for overall engagement with both business and delivery teams ensuring the Data Quality requirements are well captured and understood. Develop strategies to prioritize and remediate data quality issues that align with business needs or regulatory compliance initiatives. Proven experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, including data domains such as customer, product, supplier, or reference data and experience working with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, Oracle MDM, or equivalent). Ability to design, implement, and support MDM data models, hierarchies, and matching/merging rules. Hands-on experience with data integration frameworks, APIs, and ETL/ELT pipelines connecting MDM systems to downstream applications. Engage with senior stakeholders and management teams in communicating the program status in-line with the larger organization data strategy. Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends-Data profiling. Identification of key data issues in line with the identified critical data elements and liaising with the data quality teams and central governance teams to develop data quality rules to improve the data maturity. Create and maintain project documentation; management reporting; BRD; FRD; User stories, test cases, As-is and To-be Process Assist in UAT to Business user/Product owner Must be sound in SQL, MySQL & aware around industry level Databases such as Oracle, Snowflake etc. Open to work in UK Hours shift (12-21 Hrs IST) Good to have Skills. Experience on Dataware house and Data Lake environment Knowledge of Data Modelling concept and dimensional models Capable of querying databases using SQL and working with large and complex data sets Experience over Agile methodology for day-to-day quality operations & controls Ability to take complex data issues and summarise a high-level problem statement and possible solutions to Senor Stakeholders in relevant forums.
