Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Architecture: Design and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms. Ensure infrastructure solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments. Recommend improvements to enhance performance, reduce complexity, and increase efficiency. Capacity Management: Monitor system usage and performance to identify current and future capacity needs. Forecast resource requirements based on business growth and usage trends. Work with teams to plan infrastructure scaling and avoid performance bottlenecks. Provide regular reports and insights on capacity status, risks, and recommendations. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure (on-premises and/or cloud environments). Working knowledge of capacity planning and performance monitoring. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools is a plus. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
