Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026 Education Required: Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Data Sciences, or a related field.   General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship): The R&D Quality Operations and Excellence Team is looking for a Data Insights intern to: Manage, create, clean, and transform critical data from across clinical trials, patient safety, and the R&D pipeline to produce meaningful insights that drive Quality by Design and Risk Based Quality Management.  Develop and implement systems  for efficient data use and management, emphasizing user-friendly design. Generate actionable insights  to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. Provide technical support  for product proof of concepts. Provide administration support to assist in team efficiency. Learn and apply  Quality by Design and Risk-Based Quality Management principles. Essential Functions of the job: Proficient in creating dashboards to visualize data effectively. Develop and recommend metric threshold criteria to ensure optional performance and quality standards. Enhance metrics regarding Quality Event Records, CAPAs, and Effectiveness Checks. Strong communication skill to articulate the rationale behind metric creation and design.
