Position Overview The Lead Product Manager is a global-facing role that partners closely with product and business stakeholders across multiple regions to define solutions aligned with customer needs and global business objectives. This role supports product teams by contributing to high-complexity, high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment across markets, geographies, and technology platforms. The Lead Product Manager ensures business, user, and technology needs are met through continuous analysis, iteration, solution design, and delivery at a global scale. As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead business requirements gathering and develop a deep understanding of the problem space to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations across regions. Post-delivery, you will drive global product lifecycle management activities to sustain product-market fit and support continued market success worldwide. This role requires strong cross-regional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones. Flexibility to participate in meetings or working sessions outside of standard local business hours may be necessary to support global teams. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Owns product strategy and delivery across multiple product areas or customer journeys, creating comprehensive product roadmaps that drive strategic objectives. Leads service design efforts across touchpoints, utilizing roadmaps to guide strategic decision making and product innovation aligned with user needs and business outcomes. Leads cross-functional teams in the development and execution of the business cases and roadmaps, engaging senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for goals, priorities, and execution plans. Establishes measurable objectives and monitors performance to guide iteration and success. Manages product scope and backlog across initiatives, balancing new development with on market product enhancements  Provides leadership and mentorship to elevate team capabilities and collaboration. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization. Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day. Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. 6+ years of experience leading product initiatives, such as managing multiple product areas, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time.  Preferred Qualifications MS in Lifesciences, business or related field. 8+ years of experience supporting product launches, lifecycle management, or market expansion initiatives. Experience working with cross-functional partners in regulated environments (including CLIA, FDA, CE, IVDR) Experience supporting global teams and working effectively across regions, including navigating cultural nuances and market-specific considerations Understanding of the complexities associated with entering and scaling in new markets #LI-GV1 Salary Range: $112,000.00 - $190,000.00   The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
