The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care as delegated by and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Contributes to the plan of patient care and assists in providing a therapeutic environment. Functions within the policies and procedures of NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group (NYPMG), divisions, and the Clinical Nursing departments/practices. This is a full time Monday-Friday 40-hour work week. Must be flexible with variable hours from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Locations: 2050 Saw Mill River Road, 1st floor, Yorktown Heights NY 334 Underhill Avenue, Suite 5A, Yorktown Heights, NY Must be willing to travel/provide coverage across various Hudson Valley Medical Group locations listed above as needed. Required Criteria: Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program. High School Diploma or equivalent GED. BLS Current Licensure and registration as a LPN in New York State.
