Et si votre aventure commençait avec nous ?  Nous vous proposons de travailler dans une entreprise leader mondial dans son domaine, tournée vers le digital, à la pointe de la recherche et de l’innovation.  Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Ingénieur Industrialisation et amélioration continue (ALL GENDER) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus sur son site de Marignane .  Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 16 personnes au sein du département « Airframe Erratic part & speed shop part » en charge de l’industrialisation des pièces élémentaires multi-technologies (métalliques tôlerie, usinées, composites, et sous-ensembles). Cet apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans (début : septembre/octobre 2026) a pour objectif principal d'accélérer et d’optimiser l’industrialisation des pièces élémentaires chez nos fournisseurs. Pour ce faire, vous serez amené(e) à : -Soutenir l’équipe technique dans le suivi d’industrialisation. -Accompagner et améliorer le processus « front office » de suivi, en visant l'efficacité et la standardisation. -Déployer une méthode rapide d’industrialisation (Speed Shop) auprès de nos fournisseurs partenaires. -Contribuer à l'amélioration continue et à la transformation digitale du département multi métiers (préparation/méthode, Qualité, approvisionneur, interface client, achat) Tâches et responsabilités : Encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en participant activement aux missions suivantes : -Gestion de Projets Méthodes : Piloter des chantiers d’industrialisation, de l'étude préliminaire à la mise en production chez le fournisseur. Assurer le suivi des jalons, des délais et des livrables. -Déploiement Digital et Amélioration Continue : Identifier les opportunités de digitalisation dans les processus AIRBUS. Proposer et mettre en œuvre des outils numériques pour standardiser, automatiser et optimiser le flux d'informations. -Support Technique et Outils CAO/SAP : -Utiliser la CAO pour l'analyse et la validation des plans techniques de pièces élémentaires. -Assurer l'interface entre les équipes Méthodes et la Supply Chain en utilisant activement le système SAP -Coordination Fournisseurs : Participer à la mise en place et à l'application de la méthode rapide d'industrialisation Speed shop chez les fournisseurs, en assurant le support technique nécessaire. Compétences & Prérequis :  Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC + 5  dans le domaine des méthodes, management de projets pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.  Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :  ● Aptitude à créer du changement et de l’amélioration continue ● Connaissance des technologies : métalliques et composites et techniques d’usinage.  ● Bonne compréhension et lecture de plans techniques Compétences linguistiques :  Français : avancé courant Anglais : intermédiaire, lu et écrit Vous pourrez être amené(e) à vous déplacer chez nos fournisseurs.
