We are looking for our Propulsion System integration Expert to come onboard in our Engineering Directorate in Propulsion & Air systems team : a team of 19 collaborators! Propulsion & Air systems team missions covers the full range of Engineering activities from early R&T to In-service events analysis including product improvement development. Your activities will be mainly oriented on Project management and technical dossier validation associated to Propulsion System integration including Propeller, thermal engine, Nacelle ventilation and fire detection/extinguishing. Career Path : Expert Your Mission Lead or support Propulsion System Projects and design changes. Investigate in-service events and propose mitigation/corrective actions Propulsion teams’ technical deliverables validation : Specifications, SoW, Certification Program, Means of Compliance, Concessions… Encourage cross sharing of information inside the Propulsion team Contribute to collaborators development and learnings (product knowledge, process, methods and tools) Lead the update of Propulsion System technology & tool Roadmap Support the Propulsion team to set schedule and budget for those activities Meet operators to share and explain ATR technical decisions Manage technical alignment with Propulsion Systems suppliers and partners on complex subjects. Participate to International Regulation working groups Contribute to ATR Expert community development About you Engineering Degree with a specialization in aeronautics, aircraft systems, Propulsion. 10+ years of experience in Propulsion System design, development or integration Good knowledge of CS/FAR 25, Part 21, V&V processes.  Team spirit, Collaborative, open-minded, pro-active Rigor and ability to deliver clear and synthetic analyses Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus) … but above all, you are ready to take off with us to keep connecting communities and businesses and provide the best possible products and support to our customers! Nous recherchons notre futur Expert technique intégration système propulsif pour rejoindre notre Direction Technique au sein de l'équipe de Système Propulsif et Système d’air : une équipe de 19 collaborateurs ! Votre activité sera principalement orientée vers le pilotage de projet et la validation de dossier technique en lien avec l’intégration du système propulsif sur notre avion incluant, l’hélice, la turbomachine, la détection et l’extinction feu dans la nacelle ainsi que la ventilation nacelle. Career Path : Expert Votre mission Piloter ou supporter les changements de design et projets liés au système propulsif  Valider les documents techniques : spécifications, les SOW (Statements of Work), programmes de certification et les moyens de conformité (Means of Compliance)  Assurer le support à la production, aux essais en vol, au troubleshooting, aux problématiques en service et à la gestion de l’obsolescence  Contribuer à l’alignement technique avec les partenaires majeurs (Leonardo, Airbus) ainsi que les fournisseurs notamment sur les sujets les plus complexes Contribuer activement au développement et à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs (connaissance produit, processus, méthodes et outils)  Piloter la mise à jour de la feuille de route technologique et outils du système propulsif  Soutenir l’équipe dans la planification et la définition du budget de ces activités  Participer aux groupes de travail internationaux sur la réglementation Contribuer au développement et au rayonnement de la communauté d’Experts ATR. A propos de vous Formation d'études superieures (aéronautique, systèmes avion, propulsion) ou équivalent  Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans le développement ou l’intégration de système Propulsif  Bonne connaissance des réglementations CS/FAR 25, du Part 21, des processus V&V.
