Une offre d’alternance intitulée « ALT 2026 - Apprenti en Ergonomie Programme A350 (All gender) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Atlantic sur le site de Méaulte (80).  Cette mission débutera en septembre 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans.   Découvrez Airbus Atlantic en vidéo: Présentation Airbus Atlantic Présentation du site de Méaulte Tâches et responsabilités : Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 4 personnes au sein du département  « Ergonomie  » en charge de la prévention et de l’amélioration des conditions de travail. Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :   Etablir des diagnostics sur les conditions de réalisations du travail (composantes biomécaniques, organisationnelles, cognitives,...) Formuler des recommandations et proposer des solutions visant à améliorer les conditions de travail et la performance des entreprises clientes Accompagner la mise en place des solutions techniques et organisationnelles en coopération avec les autres métiers présents au sein du site Parlons de VOUS ! Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +4 dans le domaine de l’ergonomie pour une durée de 1, 2 ans. Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :  Compétences en santé au travail, organisation du travail, psychologie, physiologie, biomécanique… Savoir-être : Communication, Curiosité, dynamisme, leadership, organisation, rigueur, autonomie et capacité de décision. Savoir évoluer dans un environnement complexe et être capable d’influencer et d’embarquer des équipes diverses. Langues : Français courant / Anglais professionnel (B2) exigés . Parlons de NOUS !
