Nous vous proposons de travailler auprès de spécialistes en analyse et maîtrise des risques dans les métiers de la cybersecurity, de la safety et de la sustainability.  Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée «  ALTERNANT(E) 2026 -  Facility Management (H/F)  » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’ Airbus Protect sur son site de Toulouse . Vous rejoindrez le département Facility Management en charge de bonne gestion opérationnelle et stratégique des environnements de travail de la société Votre mission consistera à apporter votre soutien dans les activités opérationnelles du site de Toulouse-Blagnac Cet apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an commencera en septembre 2026 . De préférence votre rythme d’apprentissage est 3 semaines entreprise, 1 semaine école. Tâches et responsabilités:  Votre maître d’apprentissage vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :  ● Traiter les tickets d’intervention des utilisateur·rices et les demandes de l'équipe FM/HSE dans le respect des délais (BMS) ● Gérer et superviser les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective pour garantir la disponibilité opérationnelle des sites. ● Contrôler la qualité des prestations réalisées par les sous-traitants/fournisseurs et accompagner les prestataires externes sur site. Cet apprentissage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes  :  ● Performance  et excellence opérationnelle  ● Gestion des infrastructures : Connaissance des systèmes techniques (électricité, plomberie, HVAC, sécurité incendie, etc.);  ●  Maintenance : Planification et supervision des travaux de maintenance préventive et corrective. ● Sécurité et conformité : Connaissance des normes de sécurité, des réglementations environnementales et des obligations légales (ex : EPI, accessibilité, gestion des déchets). ● Soft skills: Communication : Aptitude à dialoguer avec tous les niveaux hiérarchiques, des employés aux dirigeants, en passant par les prestataires.  Résolution de problèmes : Réactivité et capacité à gérer les urgences (pannes, sinistres, etc.). Polyvalence : Capacité à gérer des sujets variés (logistique, immobilier, services aux occupants). Cette offre vous intéresse ?
