Location Brooklyn, New York Shift: Rotating (United States of America) Description: Be at the Forefront of Technology and Innovation EEG/Video Technician – Electroencephalography NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist has been providing outstanding medical care to the surrounding communities for over 135 years.  We have a distinguished history of transformative innovation and are seeking a highly skilled EEG/Video Technician to serve as an integral part of our team.  In this role, you will work with a group of highly trained technicians in performing a variety of state-of-the-art studies while serving as a vital resource to patients, physicians, and other technologists. You will perform routine, neonatal, ECI, ambulatory and video EEG recordings on adult and pediatric patients.  This is a per diem position located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.    Preferred Criteria  Registered with the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) Required Criteria High School Diploma or GED Graduate of an AMA-approved EEG training program and/or a minimum of two years’ experience performing video EEG recordings on both adults and pediatric patients Knowledge of applicable computer operating systems and software Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
