From our Prestwick site, we manufacture   aircraft   wing structures used on Airbus commercial   aircraft   worldwide.   As part of the Airbus family, we play a key role in delivering safe,   reliable   and high-quality aerospace products.      The Opportunity :   To manage all aspects of recurring program through the development and maintenance of project business processes and documentation to   comply with   the project charters. Delivering the project to cost, time and performance and managing customer and stakeholder interfaces.     How you will contribute to the team :   You will   lead programme discussions and act as the primary customer interface across all aspects of programme execution.   You will   manage the customer interface for all Rate Readiness activities, ensuring alignment with programme and delivery   objectives .   You will   develop,   maintain , and present programme reports in line with business, customer, contractual, and corporate requirements (including ASR), working with functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.   You will   ensure programmes are managed in line with Company policy and established Programme Management best practices.   You will   plan and execute all programme assessments, including IPCA, PMCA, APQP, and Rate Readiness reviews, securing cross-functional alignment and stakeholder buy-in.     About you :   Qualified to or progressing towards APMP Diploma in Project Management   Excellent budget and   financial management     Competent IT skills, to include Microsoft software packages and knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project is essential   Experienced in the use of Project Management models and principles (Project Lifecycle, Business Case Analysis, W.B.S, O.B.S, C.B.S, Change Management etc     Why Prestwick Aerosystems?     At our Prestwick facility,   you’ll   find a friendly, forward-thinking workplace with excellent rewards and opportunities to grow your career.     What we will offer you:     37-hour week (half-day Friday)   Defined contribution pension (4% employee / 8% employer)   Shift premiums up to 33% (where applicable)   Life assurance (4x basic salary)   Overtime paid at time and a half   33 days   annual leave (rising with service)   Annual bonus linked to company performance   Virtual GP service, Employee Assistance Program, and wellbeing support   Professional development and training opportunities   Free   on-site   car parking        What Happens Next :     If   you’re   ready to build a career that takes you further, apply today.     Successful applicants will be asked to complete:     Right to Work check   Employment reference checks   Disclosure Scotland   Pre-employment   Medical   (Drug and Alcohol testing)     Prestwick Aerosystems is an equal opportunity employer.
