Standort: Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen Start: ab sofort Dauer: 6 Monate Dein Standort Unser Standort ist nur einen Katzensprung von München, der schönen Hauptstadt von Bayern, entfernt. Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Unterstützung bei der strategischen Personalbedarfsplanung Erstellung, Pflege und Analyse diverser Ressourcenplanungen beispielsweise in Excel Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung einer neuen Abteilungsstrategie Übernahme von Regelmeetings Unterstützung im Bereich Arbeitsschutz und bei der Vorbereitung von Audits Unterstützung des Abteilungsleiters in sämtlichen Belangen, wie z.B. Vor- und Nachbereitung der Jahresgespräche Organisation von Teamevents und Workshops Protokollieren und Vorbereiten von Meetings Unterstützung in allen Belangen des Tagesgeschäfts Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Du hast Spaß in einem internationalem Team zu arbeiten Du bringst Eigeninitiative mit und bist bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen Du möchtest was neues lernen und bist anpassungsfähig Du hast Lust an Prozessen der Abteilung aktiv mitzuwirken Du bist eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Business Administration, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung Du hast bereits gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Office Bereich insbesondere in Excel Deine Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend ​​Du bist Teamplayer, verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, selbständig zu arbeiten Bitte lade folgende Unterlagen hoch: Anschreiben, Lebenslauf, relevante Zeugnisse, Immatrikulationsbescheinigung .
