Daher suchen wir leidenschaftliche und engagierte Teammitglieder, die daran mitwirken uns und unsere Lösungen zu verbessern und die Zukunft der UAS und CLS zu gestalten.  Komm an Bord und werde ab sofort Teil unseres Teams als Airbus DS Airborne Solutions GmbH – Sales & Business Development Manager (d/m/w) in Bremen Das ist dein Aufgabenfeld: Entwicklung von abgestimmten Lösungen, Geschäftsplänen und Vertriebsstrategien für den zugeordneten Markt, welche die Vertriebsziele und die Profitabilität des Unternehmens sicherstellen Beobachtung des Wettbewerbs und Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen zu den bestehenden eigenen Lösungen Erstellung und Verfolgung von Aktionsplänen für die effektive Suche nach neuen Vertriebskampagnen Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingplänen für den zugeordneten Markt Berichten des Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Produktstatus Unterstützung der Airbus Account Management-Organisation bei der Geschäftsentwicklung Erstellung und Führung von Angeboten im Zuständigkeitsbereich mit Auftragseingangsverantwortlichkeit Leitung der zugeordneten Angebotsteams Steuerung der zugeordneten Vertriebsausgaben, um Budgetrichtlinien zu erfüllen Das bringst du mit: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Luft- & Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbar Kenntnisse in Strategie- und Geschäftsentwicklung Erfahrung mit militärischen oder institutionellen Kunden, Luftfahrtsystemen und komplexen Kundenorganisationen Hohes Verständnis für Kunden- und Marktdynamik und -anforderungen Bereitschaft in einem globalen Team von Fachleuten zu reisen und zu arbeiten Führungskompetenz in interdisziplinaren Geschäftsentwicklungs- und Angebotsteams Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse Das bieten wir dir: Bei uns erhältst du eine attraktive Vergütung inkl.
