Airbus Atlantic Portugal is currently recruiting for the site in Santo Tirso - Porto . Integrated into a multicultural environment and dynamic team, this position Sales Assistant will report directly to the site's CFO. Main tasks: Manage the administrative follow-up of orders from entry to delivery; Preparing customer invoices and other sales-related documentation based on accounting procedures; Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of the charges; Manage prices updates and customer contracts; Manage transportation costs, conduct transportation rate studies, monitor and analyze invoices for organized transport services; Monitor product availability and track stockouts; Manage export documentation, including packing lists, certificates of origin, and invoice submissions; Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all order-related inquiries; Perform analyses and prepare sales reports for management; Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to guarantee customer satisfaction; Maintain organized digital and physical sales records. Requirements: Education in marketing, management, economics, and accounting, management, finance, or a similar field; Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting; Proficiency in ERP software (SAP); Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools and enjoyment of administrative work; Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
