Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme an der Generation Airbus Community zur Erweiterung des eigenen Netzwerks.   Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Bei uns durchläufst du den gesamten Zyklus eines Auftrags und bist ein wichtiger Teil unserer Wertschöpfungskette. Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig und bieten dir umfassende Einblicke: Bearbeitung von Anfragen Eingängen: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für neue Anfragen, sortierst sie und leitest sie an die richtigen Stellen weiter. Unterstützung bei der Preiskalkulation: Du hilfst uns dabei, genaue Preiskalkulationen zu erstellen und bist aktiv in diesen Prozess involviert. Angebotsverfolgung und -abstimmung: Du verfolgst den Status unserer Angebote und stimmst dich eng mit den Abteilungen Finance und Programm ab. Auftragssteuerung: Von der Eröffnung von PSP-Elementen und SD-Aufträgen bis zur Weitergabe von Bedarfen – du begleitest den Auftrag durch alle Phasen. Auftrags- und Lieferterminverfolgung: Du behältst den Überblick über alle Aufträge und Liefertermine und erstellst bei Bedarf Terminverzugsmeldungen. Physische Warenannahme und Prüfung: Du nimmst Lieferungen entgegen, führst erste Prüfungen durch und erstellst die notwendigen Lieferscheine. Organisation von Qualitätsabnahmen: Du koordinierst die Termine für QS- und ZtQ-Abnahmen, um einen reibungslosen Auftragsdurchlauf zu gewährleisten. Verpackung und Versand: Du verpackst unsere Produkte gemäß den BW-Vorschriften und organisierst den pünktlichen Versand der Lieferungen.  Bedienung von Flurförderzeugen: Nach einer entsprechenden Einweisung fährst du Hubwagen oder Flurförderzeuge (z.B. Ameise) zur Warenbewegung. Bearbeitung von Klärthemen: Du unterstützt uns bei der Lösung von Unklarheiten und stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen. Elektronische Rechnungsstellung: Du übernimmst die elektronische Rechnungsstellung über das System. Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/f/m) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf oder Logistik sind wünschenswert Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil Kenntnisse der Google Workspace Anwendungen sind von Vorteil Bitte lade folgende Unterlagen hoch: Anschreiben, Lebenslauf, relevante Zeugnisse, Immatrikulationsbescheinigung.
