Job Description: Main Responsibilities The job holder is mainly involved in the following duties (but not limited): A. Accountabilities Supports the Airbus Finance team in basic accounting, controlling and treasury tasks Supports Airbus Japan financial reporting Support Senior Financial Controller/Accountant in preparation of internal control documentation Follows one dedicated project on Airbus Japan Transformation or process improvement B. Main Activities Under the guidance of the Senior Financial Controller/Accountant the intern will perform one dedicated project regarding to Airbus Japan Transformation or process improvement After introduction period, the intern will prepare the monthly financial reporting & analysis of expenses by department Support in daily accounting task of Airbus Japan legal entities Supports in review and preparation of internal control documentation The intern needs interact with Airbus legal entities in Germany and France C. Outputs The following outputs are for the legal entities of Airbus in Japan  Preparation of basic accounting, controlling and treasury tasks Monthly financial report to Airbus Japan departments Project deliveries on transformation or process improvement Airbus Helicopters Job description Qualifications/Requirements Language Proficiency: Fluent in English or Japanese with excellent communication Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Finance or a related field Inter-personal skills Functionally proficient in SAP and Google Suite Eligible Candidates: Students currently enrolled in a school in Europe or in Japan (primarily targeting those graduating in 2028) Soft Skills: Proactive attitude with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across various departments.
