Job Description: Misión: Como Ingeniero Senior en Redes y Telecomunicaciones serás responsable de asegurar la máxima disponibilidad, continuidad y seguridad de la infraestructura de conectividad del Grupo en México, mediante la administración experta de tecnologías Cisco, Checkpoint y Palo Alto, garantizando una interconexión eficiente entre todas las sedes y una gestión estratégica de los carriers para soportar la integridad de la información y los objetivos operativos de la organización. Responsabilidades: Responsable del funcionamiento diario de la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, incluyendo la red LAN, WAN, Internet, Intranet y telefonía.   Garantizar servicios de soporte de calidad para los componentes de red, conectividad y telecomunicaciones.   Gestionar y desarrollar proyectos relacionados con la infraestructura de TI, preparando y actualizando planes de proyecto de forma regular.   Recomendar e implementar estrategias a corto y largo plazo para la evolución de la infraestructura de TI de acuerdo a los objetivos de la empresa y los estándares del grupo.   Definición y ejecución de los planes de respaldo y recuperación de datos y sistemas, así como de las políticas y procedimientos formales. Administrar y dar seguimiento a los activos de seguridad de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de seguridad y monitoreo, y previniendo vulnerabilidades, ataques e incidentes de seguridad.   Colaborar con otros gerentes y equipos para asegurar la integración de los requisitos de calidad y seguridad en los procesos del negocio. Requerimientos: Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas, Electrónica o afín 4 a 5 años de experiencia trabajando en equipo y liderando iniciativas. Inglés intermedio, capaz de sostener una conversación técnica en inglés Experiencia en el diseño, implementación y soporte de infraestructura de TI. Experiencia en configuración de switches, firewall, proxy y equipo de telecomunicaciones en general Certificaciones en equipos Cisco, Checkpoint y/o Palo Alto (deseable). Through expert administration of Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto technologies, you will guarantee efficient interconnection across all sites and strategic carrier management to support data integrity and the organization’s operational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management: Oversee the daily operations of the telecommunications infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Internet, Intranet, and telephony systems. Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality support services for all network, connectivity, and telecommunications components. Project Leadership: Manage and develop IT infrastructure projects, consistently preparing and updating comprehensive project plans. Strategic Planning: Recommend and implement short- and long-term strategies for IT infrastructure evolution, aligning with corporate goals and Group standards. Disaster Recovery: Define and execute backup and recovery plans for data and systems, establishing formal policies and procedures. Security Oversight: Administer and monitor corporate security assets to ensure compliance with security requirements, proactively preventing vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, and security incidents. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other managers and teams to integrate quality and security requirements into core business processes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience working in collaborative environments and leading technical initiatives. Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency (must be able to hold technical conversations). Technical Expertise: Proven experience in the design, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure. Hands-on Skills: Proficiency in configuring switches, firewalls, proxies, and general telecommunications equipment.
