Job Description: Zur Unterstützung im Plant Controlling, sucht Airbus Aerostructures einen Werkstudenten im Bereich Werkscontrolling (d/m/w) Du bist Vollzeitstudent, auf der Suche nach einer Werkstudentenstelle und möchtest die Arbeit eines Werkscontrollers kennenlernen? Standort: Stade Start: Ab sofort Dauer: 12 Monate Bei uns erhältst du ein tarifliches Entgelt je nach Tätigkeit von mindestens 18,53 € pro Stunde. Rund 8.400 hochqualifizierte Beschäftigte arbeiten bei Airbus Aerostructures an der Montage und Ausrüstung von Flugzeugrümpfen und großen Strukturkomponenten. Dazu gehören die Fertigung von Rumpfschalen und die anschließende Strukturmontage und Ausrüstung, die Herstellung von Seitenleitwerken aus leichtem kohlenstofffaserverstärktem Kunststoff und die Produktion von komplexen thermoplastischen CFK-Clips sowie von hochwertigen Blechumformteilen. Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Mitarbeit/Führung bei Transformations-, Digitalisierungs- und Harmonisierungs- Projekten über den Standort hinaus für die gesamten Airbus Aerostructures Finance-Abteilung. Planung, Kontrolle und Steuerung von Kosten und Ressourcen verschiedener Bereiche im Werk und produktionsnahen Bereichen mit Fokus auf Bereiche, die sich in Gesellschaft übergreifender Führung befinden. Analyse von Daten hinsichtlich Wettbewerbsfähigkeit & Zielerreichung; Hervorheben von Abweichungen sowie Initiieren und Durchsetzen von Gegenmaßnahmen zur Korrektur der Abweichungen inklusive der notwendigen Koordination, um Diskussionen und Entscheidungsprozesse auf Managementebene zu unterstützen. Ausarbeitung von Business Cases in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitern Bereichsübergreifende Kalkulationen intern (Materialkalkulationen) & extern (Review Kostenaufwandsabschätzungen). Analyse von BIM (Buy in Make) in Zusammenarbeit mit den RC ControllerInnen. Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung. Erste Kenntnisse im Controlling wünschenswert. Gute und schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten. Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel. Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP SD/PS wünschenswert. Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
