Une offre intitulée  Préparateur Méthodes Industrialisations Mécaniques (h/f) vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' Airbus Helicopters sur son site de Marignane Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Préparation des pièces mécaniques ou dynamiques en charge de l'approvisionnement des pièces dans notre réseau Supply Chain. Ce poste consistera à assurer la réalisation des industrialisations chez nos fournisseurs de pièces . Ce poste est ouvert à un niveau Technicien/ne Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités : Vous serez responsable des activités principales suivantes : Participer aux revues de conception et aux réunions de critiques de plans Estimer les temps prévisionnels de gammes, les coûts de production, les cycles d'industrialisation et de production série Industrialiser les nouvelles références mécaniques externes : analyse et critique des industrialisations des fournisseurs, réponses aux questions techniques, validation des gammes critiques, ... Participer au processus de mesure de la maturité industrielle (Industrial Process Maturity) Représenter Airbus Helicopters chez les fournisseurs : réunions périodiques, suivi des premières productions, assistance techniques aux fournisseurs Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir (3/4 fois par an) en France et en Europe et de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence. Compétences requises : Nous recherchons des candidat(e)s ayant l'expérience et les compétences suivantes : Titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+2/3 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la mécanique   ou vous avez de l' expérience significative en tant que technicien/ne d'atelier dans le domaine des pièces usinées mécaniques ou une discipline apparentée. La connaissance des technologies de fabrication des pièces élémentaires mécaniques est requise. Nous recherchons une personne organisée et dont la communication est structurée, notamment vis-à-vis du besoin de gérer en parallèle plusieurs sujets techniquement complexes. La fonction requière également les qualités suivantes : rigueur, anticipation, réactivité, travail avec de multiples interfaces internes et externes à l'entreprise. La communication avec certains fournisseurs étrangers nécessite un niveau d'anglais (écrit et oral) intermédiaire.
