Job Description: Aufgabenbeschreibung Proaktive Mitarbeit in Projektmanagement-Teams, Übernahme von inhaltlicher und organisatorischer Verantwortung für festgelegte Arbeitspakete Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Moderation von Regelterminen (z. B. Agenda-Setting, Präsentationserstellung, Protokollierung) zur sicheren Einhaltung der Projektstruktur Fundiertes Monitoring und Reporting (Controlling), Systematische Verfolgung der Projektmeilensteine, des Projektfortschritts und der Leistung (Performance) im Vergleich zum detaillierten Projektplan Sicherstellung und Konsolidierung der regelmäßigen, qualifizierten Statusberichte der Arbeitspaketleiter. Erstellung und Präsentation von Reports und Abstimmung der Ergebnisse mit den Projektteams und dem Management Risiko- und Maßnahmenmanagement. Konsequente Überwachung von Zeitplänen und Budgets mit hoher Eigenverantwortung. Frühzeitige Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung von Risiken und Abweichungen. Einleiten und Nachhalten der erforderlichen Korrekturmaßnahmen und Eskalationsschritte zur Zielerreichung Umfassende Erstellung der erforderlichen Projektdokumentation (u. a. Konzeptpapiere, Entscheidungsunterlagen) unter Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards. Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Informationsflusses und einer effektiven Kommunikation zwischen allen relevanten Stakeholdern und Projektteams Erforderliche Qualifikationen Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch ein einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium mit einer bis zu 4-jährigen Regelstudiendauer im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Studiengänge  und darauf bezogene fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden. Die insgesamt erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auf andere Weise erlangt worden sein. Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im technischen Projektmanagement Kenntnisse moderner Arbeitsmittel, Prozesse und IT-Tools Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
