Job Description: Le Référent assure la conformité réglementaire de l'usine, de ses installations techniques et des équipements de travail, conformément aux législations nationales (ICPE, Code du Travail, CARSAT). I. Conformité Environnementale (ICPE, DREAL) Gestion des ICPE (Installations Classées pour la Protection de l'Environnement) : Assurer la mise en conformité réglementaire continue de l'ensemble des installations du site (rejets, stockage de produits, gestion des déchets, air, eau) en lien avec les arrêtés préfectoraux. Rédiger et déposer les dossiers administratifs (déclaration, enregistrement, autorisation, modification) auprès de la DREAL et des autorités compétentes. Assurer le suivi des contrôles périodiques environnementaux obligatoires et mettre en place les actions correctives si nécessaire. Suivre la veille réglementaire environnementale pour anticiper les nouvelles obligations légales impactant le site. II. Sécurité des Équipements et des Installations (CARSAT, Code du Travail) Conformité des Équipements de Travail : Être le garant de la conformité réglementaire de tous les équipements et machines de production, des outillages, des systèmes de manutention et des utilités (chaudières, compresseurs, ventilation, électricité, etc.). Suivre la planification des vérifications générales périodiques (VGP) obligatoires (infrastructures et moyens Indus) et s'assurer des levées de réserves dans les délais. Maintenir la documentation technique et réglementaire complète et à jour de l'ensemble des équipements (notices d'utilisation, attestations de conformité CE). Documenter et mettre à jour la GMAO et  les outils de suivi des contrôles réglementaires.. III. Audit et Relation Institutionnelle Interface Réglementaire : Participer aux interactions avec la DREAL , la CARSAT et l'Inspection du Travail pour les contrôles, inspections et audits réglementaires. Rédiger les rapports de synthèse et les plans d'action suite aux contrôles externes. Conseiller et former les équipes de maintenance et de production sur l'évolution des exigences réglementaires liées à leurs équipements.
