About the Role We are seeking a customer‑focused and proactive Field Support Representative to join our Sydney‑based team on a 12 month parental leave contract. In this role, you will work closely with our commercial team and veterinary clinics to: Install and support IDEXX diagnostic equipment Provide education and training to clinic teams Troubleshoot technical issues (hardware and software) Build strong, lasting customer relationships Promote IDEXX products and services to drive satisfaction and loyalty You, as the successful candidate, will have:  A qualification in Veterinary Nursing or another Science discipline 3+ years' experience in a scientific field, including sales or veterinary nursing. A certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent highly regarded. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills. Ability to provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems. Ability to conduct training and share knowledge and be able to adjust training techniques for varied audiences Good problem-solving and research skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments. Knowledge of diseases and veterinary medicine, and/or an understanding of a veterinary clinic workflow Account management or territory planning experience is beneficial. Requires up to 85% travel for the role including interstate and regional travel.
