Stagiaire Fiscaliste Corporate H/F – 6 MOIS La Direction Fiscale Européenne du groupe Nissan recherche son prochain stagiaire. Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction Fiscale Européenne du groupe Nissan, en tant que Stagiaire Fiscaliste Corporate, vous assisterez le Responsable Fiscal France sur toutes les problématiques fiscales des sociétés françaises du groupe Nissan, incluant la société holding européenne et la société opérationnelle pour les marchés français, belge et néerlandais.    VOS MISSIONS : Recherches juridique, et rédactions de notes internes en matière de fiscalité française et internationale (tous types d’impôts). Participer à l’élaboration ou la mise à jour de la politique prix de transfert du Groupe. Assister l’équipe lors de la revue des liasses fiscales ainsi que pour l’élaboration des formalités fiscales en lien avec l’intégration fiscale et le paiement consolidé de la TVA. Participer à l’analyse de l’impact fiscal d’opérations juridiques (fusions, TUP, apport partiel d’actif) ou en matière de projets opérationnels. Assistance aux opérationnels sur toutes les problématiques fiscales des sociétés françaises du groupe. Assister l’équipe dans les process de reporting fiscaux Groupe et en matière de compliance fiscale (FATCA / CRS …). Participer à la veille fiscale et à l’élaboration de supports de formation ou présentation. VOTRE PROFIL Vous êtes étudiant en cours de formation juridique supérieure (Master 2) avec une spécialisation en Droit Fiscal ou Elève avocat en PPI. Vous disposez d’une première expérience en entreprise ou en cabinet d’avocats sur des problématiques de fiscalité des entreprises. Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous souhaitez faire partie intégrante d’une équipe fiscale avec une forte dimension internationale. Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Rigoureux, esprit d’équipe, autonomie, curiosité, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, sens de l'organisation. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (pack office) et les bases de données juridiques (Francis Lefebvre, IBFD, etc.). Stage à pourvoir pour une durée de  5 mois à compter de mars 2026 à Montigny-Le-Bretonneux (78180). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Corporate Tax Intern M/F – 6 MONTHS The Nissan Group’s European Tax Department is looking for its next intern. Integrated within Nissan’s European Tax Department, as a Corporate Tax Intern , you will assist the French Tax Manager with all French and international tax matters concerning the French entities of the Nissan Group, including the European holding company and the operating company for the French, Belgian, and Dutch markets. YOUR MISSIONS: Conduct research and draft internal memos on matters related to French taxation (all types of taxes). Participate in the development or update of the Group’s transfer pricing policy. Assist the team during the review of tax packages and in preparing tax filings related to tax consolidation and consolidated VAT payments. Contribute to analyzing the tax impact of legal operations (mergers, universal transfer of assets, partial asset contributions) or operational projects. Provide support to operational teams on all tax issues affecting the French entities of the Group. Assist the team in Group tax reporting processes and tax compliance matters (FATCA / CRS, etc.). Participate in tax monitoring and in the development of training or presentation materials. YOUR PROFILE You are a student currently completing a postgraduate degree in law (Master’s level) with a specialization in Tax Law, or a trainee lawyer completing your internship (PPI). You have previous experience in a company or law firm working on corporate taxation matters. With excellent interpersonal skills, you wish to be an integral part of a tax team with a strong international dimension. You are comfortable in English, both spoken and written. You are rigorous, a team player, autonomous, curious, analytical, and well‑organized. You are comfortable with IT tools (Office Suite) and legal databases (Francis Lefebvre, IBFD, etc.).
