Working Location:  Nissan Manufacturing Plant 2, Bangna-Trad KM.22, Samut Prakarn, Thailand Hiring Condition:  Permanent Job Description Innovate and Improve: Lead the charge in developing and implementing cutting-edge testing and inspection processes that drive continuous facility improvement projects. Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with Vehicle Quality Assurance Engineers and suppliers to ensure our facilities meet and exceed QA standards. Tech-Savvy Solutions: Evaluate and oversee the installation of testing equipment and technologies that enhance production process and quality assurance efforts. Insightful Reporting: Provide valuable insights and reports to management on facility efficiency and equipment reliability, helping us make informed decisions. Maintain Quality Standards: Oversee and maintain QA equipment and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly, all inspection processes comply with quality standards and safety requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in facility improvement projects is essential. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus! Proficient in vehicle analysis, production line improvement, and facility/machine operations. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges. Able to communicate and present in English with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. (TOEIC score of 450 or higher). Excellent interpersonal relations, positive thinking, punctuality, responsibility, and the ability to work under high pressure.
